When my son was in daycare, he would have pool time every Friday during the summertime. He really enjoyed it. His teachers would take a little small pool, fill it with water, and let the little tots splash around in there.
This summer, he’s not in daycare, so Mommy has to create her own pool day. I took my son to the pool on the base and he had a wonderful time.
He actually tried to swim!
He did so well that I was going to put him in toddler swim classes. However, the programs I called require that the child be at least 2.5 years old. My son isn’t that old yet.
In case you are wondering, my son was never in the pool by himself. Thanks to Adobe Photoshop, I was able to erase the people that were in the picture with him. J

How cute! Wow..so he's not 2.5 yet he looks alot older. The pool looks like so much fun! You can't have summer without swimming:D He would love the classes hopefully you can get him in soon!
