I’m so excited because I’m the SITS Featured Blogger of the day!
For those of you that don’t know, SITS is a group of bloggers that get together and support each other’s blogs, mainly by comments. It’s a great way to meet new friends in the cyberworld!
Here’s a little bit of information about me for those of you stopping by for the first time.
I’m a Public Health Educator taking a break to enjoy mommyhood. My husband is in the military and we have an active two-year-old son that keeps us on our toes. I do a little bit of Freelance Writing on the side and I have a book that I’ve been working on that I plan to finish this year…good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise. :-)

My father was in the military, so I grew up in a military family. While, I'm glad we've left that life behind, I'm still grateful for all the opporunities it provided us.

Please let your husband know that his military service is greatly appreciated. I know the sacrifices that your whole family makes for his job. I'm glad he is home safe now!

Yea! Happy SITS day! Oh, I feel so connected to you already-I'm not a stay at home mom (just got married, no kids!) but I am also a beliver and was a military brat for 24 years! I admire my mom SO MUCH who, like you, was a stay at home military wife.
