Guess what everyone?
A devotional that I wrote is being featured at Sandra Byrd’s Work In Progress blog! For those of you that might not know, Sandra Byrd is an author that has published over three dozen books. She has a new young adult fiction book that will soon be coming out in her London Confidential series. Her blog, Work in Progress, features devotions from a diverse group of writers. I also got another blog award. Yay! This time, I got the Stilletto Award for Excellence in Blogging from Jill at the Husailey Bunch! Feel free to stop by and say hello to her.
This is my first pair of stillettos. Not sure if I can pull off walking in them though! Maybe I’ll try some on one day and see if I can walk three steps without breaking my ankles.
One more update…I went to my eye doctor to tell him about how I absolutely hated the last pair of contacts that he gave me. After much discussion, we decided to try ONE MORE pair of contacts that he will order for me. This pair of contacts that he is ordering is the kind that I originally had 5 years ago. If those don’t work out, I’m done with contacts. I know I said that last time, but I think I’m serious this time. 
Outside of my contact woes, everything else went well with the appointment. Thank God for vision.

Good luck with your contacts! They're pretty tough to get right sometimes! Mine tend to suck the most if my allergies are acting up, so that might be something to look into too

I've worn contacts for many years and this year I found out that I could no longer wear contacts without risking loss of vision or loss of my eye.
