I have only bought a couple extended warranties and honestly cannot ever remember needing one, so I don’t anymore. If you add up every extended warranty you have ever bought I think you will find you are in the red. I read somewhere over 60% of warranty repairs were less than the price of the extended warranty. That doesn’t include the majority of the merchandise that never even needed repair. Most defective electronics die in the first 6 months. I am in networking and have found this to be true. Thats why I plug in my network equipment as soon as it ships then put it in place (if possible) after a two week to one month burn in. After 6 months the chances of failure level off and begin climbing again near the hardwares end of life. This leveling off period is when retailers warranties kick in and that’s why its such a huge money maker for them. They are playing the odds and they are the house. Set aside the money you want to give the sales guy and that will likely take care of the repair. Keep doing it and you will have quite a kitty, then eventually a cruise to celebrate the resiliency of modern electronics.

I have learned one thing in life and that to me its offensive to thank God in Public for something good that happen to you. yes i believe in thanking God but I believe thats a private matter between you and him. Let me give an example some people thank God publicly everyday for waking them up, like is a blessing yes I agree it is but its a blessing for you. because what happened to the people who didn’t wake up? It will look like God didn’t bless them and it will look unfair.

Great for elementary maths. Indispensable for language study. Memorise your favorite Bible verses. Learn key facts for upcoming examinations.
Each card has two sides, you can drill yourself with either side hidden.
Each side can have multiple blocks of text of the same or varying sizes. And the text can be in any language that can be entered using the keyboard.
Make as many decks as you want. Add as many cards as you want to a deck. Add cards as you go and build your decks over time.
If you know a card really well you can set it to be ignored from the drills. You can also ignore cards if want to reduce the size of the deck until you get to know it better, and then you can add them back in a few at a time.
Cards are presented in random order during a drill. If you get a card right it will be removed from the drill. If you get it wrong it will get shuffled back in and it will come back.

Not Just Words – A Bible search app that uses a built in thesaurus
Dependency, an Australian software developer, (www.dependencysoftware.com) has recently released the latest version of their free iOS app “Not Just Words”. A Bible search application which uses a thesaurus to find related words for those annoying times when you can’t quite remember a verse exactly. So searching for “Jesus” for example, will also find references to “Christ” and “Lord”.
Of course it can also search for combinations of words with and, or, and not. So, “Adam not Eve” will find all the verses which have Adam in them but not Eve.
And it automatically searches for other forms of words. So, searching for “pray” will also find verses which have “pray”, “prays”, “prayer”, “praying”, “prayed”. Or turn on the thesaurus to include “asked”, “requested”, “inquired” and all their variants as well.
You can also restrict your search to particular books or chapters of the Bible… So, “Moses and Psalms” will find all the verses in Psalms which mention Moses. And combinations are built up as they go, so “Exodus or Psalms and Moses” will find references to Moses in either book.
You can search for a list of references separated by semicolons. So, “Rom 1:4; Jn 3:16; Eph 2:8-9″ will find those verses for you in a second. This is a great feature if another app has provided you with the list and you just want to see the verses. Just paste the list and off you go.
You can also copy the results of your search to the clipboard for use in other apps. Either one verse or the whole search result (within the limits allowed for free use of the texts).
Currently Not Just Words searches NIV, NKJV, NASB and AMP versions of the Bible.
Making finding the verses easy to help you make the most of every opportunity.

Your Emotional Infidelity article confirms what’s been on my heart recently. The Holy Spirit is definitely alerting me.

As a new cancer survivor, I often receive hugs on Sunday mornings from lots of people. There are a guys whose wives I’m friendly with who give me a warm hug every Sunday morning. Nothing wrong there, but I notice I lay my head on a couple of their shoulders for a brief moment, as I would with my brother. Yesterday I purposely did not lean on a shoulder – told myself NOT! I have no intention of threatening 47 years of marriage to my high school sweetheart, but I am mindful of the Spirit making me aware. My husband does not attend church. That makes me doubly sensitive to what the Spirit conveys about how I behave toward my brothers in Christ. I love their wives too much to make them wonder about whether friendly is become too friendly.
